I ordered flowers this morning I talk to lady by the name Ms.VICKY and iask for dozen of roses thinking they were going to be red so they delivered the roses and my friend call me and ask where did I ordered those dead flowers and she next time use this floral shop and I stated that's where they came from and she was like wow so I reached out to Ms.VICKY through email she call me back and was very Rude hung the phone up in my face then she call right back still being rude I Spent 107.00 for those flowers she will never get mu business again or nobody that I know with her rude self not only was she rude she didn't tell me they didn't have red roses poor customer service

I called today to request a special floral arrangement for my mom. Austin let me know what flowers they had left and that they could get it to her by the end of the day. I asked for them to just pick an arrangement and told him a size. Not only was Austin very professional but he was a hoot to deal with! The arrangement made it within just a few hours and she loves it! Its beautiful and Austin made the experience of purchasing a floral arrangement easy but memorable as well! Top tier customer service on his part! Huge shoutout to the shop and him as well!

My husband ordered Valentine Day flowers for me. The owner of Scentaments worked with him to enhance the design of the bouquet they had on their website, to personalize for me. They delivered it when they said they would. The floral arrangement was beautiful and the flowers and elements fresh. We will order from this local, small business again.

Best Arrangement of Balloons I have ever seen!! My daughter said, on the way to the door to deliver, she sang Happy Birthday! Scentaments Florist went Over the Top of making my Daughter's Birthday Special. I can not say, Thank You enough!!! They will always have my Business!!! And I'll add to the ol' saying .. we are not related. Lol I was Blessed to find This Florist online.
