Duke's Wrecker Service

I'm broke down about 30 seconds away from them and need my car taken a bout a mile down the road. Guy gave me a quote and I said ok, the he says "it's Friday and the traffic is bad" and so here I am leaving a review. 0 stars

To Mr. Dispatcher, you were rude... I don't like rude, but I understand the situation was very frustrating not only to you but for me to, so I hope you understand that... but thank you for keeping her van and not charging her since you didn't let me finish saying what I was. You can thank David's garage for not answering their phone for a week straight... I was told that's where the van was going.... but thank you for being understanding and keeping her van... To JOSH the tow truck driver, thank you for being nice and apologetic and cool headed and understanding. I really appreciate it and your hard work from the first time I met you... and the LADY I talked to. Sorry I didn't catch your name, but thank you for being polite and nice as well, but overall, I would recommend these people they are very understanding and great people and if anyone ever needs a tow I highly recommend JOSH

While passing we had a flat tire. George came to our rescue. Great company nice people from dispatch to driver.

Spoke with Josh on the phone and within 25 minutes he was here and ready to pick up. Super quick, very polite. Thank you again!
