Hermitage KinderCare

I have inquired about this location for my daughters for the last month and Jennifer will not respond to me. I first inquired thru the website and she then emailed me. I emailed back to the questions she asked. After that, no response via phone once I call nor email. I have contacted them at least twice a week via phone and email. Via phone its always an excuse our system is down, I will have to call you back and let you know shes not in the office she will call you back I have to check my list like its always an excuse but I was told that they have the availability. I will hate to say its a race thing especially after I emailed back and my email photo was shown, there has literally been no return in email or phone call. Such bad business. I would hate to say its a race thing being that it was no response after I emailed back and my Google photo was shown

The staff here is amazing. They treat us like family. So much comfort in leaving my daughter here with a smile on her face, excited to see her friends.

Taking my child to this daycare was the worst decision I could have ever made. Its unorganized and the communication I received was not up to par. My daughter told me that her teacher hit her 2 weeks in a row. The second time she told me, I immediately called the director and her response to me was, Ms. Chelsea hasnt been here since 3:00. It doesnt matter if she hadnt been there since 3:00. Prior to 3:00, my child was with her all day. I expected an investigation into the situation or at least set up a time for me to speak with Ms. Chelsea. Instead, she was on the defense the whole time. The week prior my daughter told me that the same teacher popped her hand. My child isnt lying. This is the most unprofessional daycare Ive ever encountered. Im not sure how they have such great reviews. I shouldve listened when a mother told me not to enroll my child at this facility because her experience was horrific as well. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My son has been going to KinderCare Hermitage since he was about 16 weeks old. Like any new mom, I was nervous, but I had no choice since I work full-time. From day one, the whole staff has done nothing but treat us all like family. He squeals every morning when we pull into the parking lot with excitement, and I know it's because he has the best time there. I'm so thankful for everything and everyone who works there! If you're searching for a daycare, you've found your place!

Parents, STOP what youre doing... and ENROLL! I have never been happier with a daycare center, and trust me, weve tried out quite a few of them. Megan and Becca in the office are always so bright, cheerful, happy to assist, and communicate so so well. Mrs, Jenny, Mrs. Steph, Mrs Hope, and Ms. Chandler are BEYOND AMAZING. You can tell that they really care about the children and their education. Unlike most daycares, this center is very structured and has lesson plans or topics they focus on weekly/monthly to ensure the kiddos are having fun while learning and prepping for grade school. We get spirit calendars monthly for fun dress up days, show & tells, etc. As a parent who has had awful experiences elsewhere, there is no better feeling than knowing your child is 100% safe and well looked after while at school. We have an app where we can check in on our kiddos and see pictures and videos of them throughout their day which is super cool! KinderCare is an amazing company... but their on site staff are the real heros. I could go on and on praising this team and center, they truly are all amazing!
