    I'm considering moving to Chattanooga and this complex used to have such great ratings, but now I'm having second thoughts. I can see that all the one stars are from the past few months. Did property management change? What happened? Northtowne, can you please respond with ways in which you're improving the bug issues/maintenance requests that have been previously addressed by tenants? I'm concerned with the lack of transparency/accountability in y'all's Chat gbt generated responses.

    The apartment was move in ready! There were couple of issues, but we will submit for repairs or advice on how to remedy them ourselves. The majority of the power outlets are loose so cords fall out, and the stove is off balance. Besides that, everything has been amazing and really clean. The office ladies were really kind, they helped and answered the phone with any questions we had. The community so far has been quiet, parking could be better but that is due to limited space in the complex itself. The reviews keep saying bugs are an issue so I came into this place really paranoid. Its actually not, so far at least, the apt has been kept clean by us and we do not see any roaches as of now. I check. OFTEN. At night too lol. Also, Amenities seem nice and we cannot wait to use them! So far, we love it!

    Do not live here. Its the worst experience Ive ever had. They have the worst bug problem Ive ever seen. Even if you keep the place spotless. They even have bedbugs and WILL make you pay for everything out of pocket. When they did this to us we paid for three treatments and only ever received one. And they refused to refund us. The parking is a nightmare (my car got hit multiple times living here as well) the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. The office is rude and hardly ever answers. Maintenance is hard to receive for some. They will also say they fixed things that they never did. I lived here for a year with no closet lights. Put maintenance requests in regularly and they would say they fixed it when they didnt. All maintenance has keys to your apartment and they will come in without permission. I lived here with my roommates. (All female) we worked thirds so we were asleep during the day. We went to the office and made this known and also stated that we were uncomfortable with men coming into the apartment without permission. Keep in mind they would come by every Tuesday to spray (this never did anything). They continued to come into the apartment without permission. We would wake up to go to the restroom or whatever else and there would just be a random guy in our apartment. We complained about this multiple times but nothing was ever done. Moving out is also a nightmare. We left the place clean. There were a couple holes in the wall in two of the bedrooms from mounting tvs. Thats all. Nothing was left broken or anything. We also made a non refundable deposit that we made before moving in and also payments during our time here going towards our deposit. Our last months rent was $1200 (which we didnt live here during this time). We left sooner because of the nightmare this place is. But anyway. They shut off access to the portal so we couldnt make the payment. Then refused to answer any calls. We reached out to them several times to try to make this payment. Then we found a letter saying we owed $3000??? For what??? They are scummy and I highly recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE.

    Coming up on my second year of living here and we finally decided not to renew the lease. We made the mistake of signing a lease without seeing the apartment. Everything looked clean upon move in but there is a horrible bug problem that we quickly discovered when we looked in the kitchen cabinets. It got even worse when they cut down all the bushes over the summer that were in front of our unit. They used to come out and spray which didn't really help but we haven't seen an exterminator in months. Giving an extra star for maintenance cause we've never really had issues with getting them to come out over important issues. You can hardly get ahold of anyone down at the office and when you try to go, there is always a sign up showing they are at lunch. It didn't used to be this bad when we first moved in but I believe they've changed management twice now. Other things, parking is a nightmare so don't expect to have a spot close to your unit if you get home after 7. When it rains it also floods the lot pretty bad. Neighbors can be pretty noisy outside and playing music loudly in their vehicles throughout the day. There was a deadly shooting at the complex as well back in September and it was never acknowledged by the property management. I know the rent prices of these units are enticing but I would advise anyone to just look elsewhere.
