        No one else in line at drive thru, took over a minute for someone to come on the speaker. ordered one thing. cashier handed out order with no napkins or spoon. had to ask for both. she was very disinterested in "customer service"

        I've been to this location twice in the last year and both times there blizzards have a sour milk tast. I'm not sure if there not cleaning there machines daily or what but it needs to improve.
