King Of The Crapper Plumbing

Work was done in May 2023. I needed a new faucet in my kitchen and a new hose bibb outside. They responded very fast and had the work done the following day. The faucet in the kitchen is working well but I noticed the hose bibb leaking significantly. When I called, I was told they would be out on Monday to fix it. Noone showed up but I did receive a call back. I was told they would be out on Wednesday, but no one showed up. Now I can't get ahold of anyone, and they have not returned my phone call. I have had to pay a different company $120 to come out and fix the leak. The leak was due to there not being anything put on the threads (thread tape or thread paste) to seal the hose bibb. In my opinion this is unacceptable.

I woke up to a flooded kitchen and an hour later there was a plumber there and had the leak fixed. I also had a couple of leaky toilets and a water heater that was installed improperly. I made a call and they came out and fixed the leaks and reworked the plumbing to the water heater. Very professional looking outcome. Services: Toilet repair, Water heater installation
