I purchased a Alfa Romeo Stelvio and I love it. Max was wonderful. He stayed later to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. I originally went to pick up a Lexus and he sold me on this vehicle. I really appreciate him and Bruce for the stellar customer service they provided us.

My husband and I were in the market of looking for another luxury vehicle. We immediately took interest in the white Maserati on the lot at Carlock Prestige in Tennessee. After speaking with the staff, they made our purchase process smooth. We traveled 5 hours from Alabama to finish completing closing . Upon arrival we were welcomed and greeted by Mrs.Cristina. She went above and beyond to make sure our overall experience from the drive to Tennessee til arrival there and closing was an easy and smooth process. The entire staff was very professional, polite, and very friendly. Cristina took the time to show details and features of the car. I highly recommend Carlock Prestige. If you are looking for top of the line exceptional customer service, professionalism, cleanliness, warm and friendly smiles, and a great overall experience ask Cristina and the staff at Carlock Prestige is the perfect place. We will be most definitely doing business again with Cristina for our next purchase. A 10 hour drive but well worth every minute. We found a really nice car (2020 QX60 Infiniti) at the Carlock Prestige Dealership. I reached out online and I was immediately contacted by a very professional sales person, Cristina. Cristina listened first about my inquiry and situation. I found her to be very engaged and responsive to the type of vehicle we were looking for. We scheduled a time to see the car, and we were quite impressed to see the Prestige team in professional attire and waiting to assist customers. Ms. Cristina had the car clean, gassed and ready to test drive. The first impression of this dealership and the team of people was quite impressive. Ms. Cristina was very knowledgeable of the vehicle functions and fully answered any question we may had. The vehicle was immaculate and drove wonderfully. We definitely had found the right vehicle for us. Ms. Cristina talked about the car specifications, our trade in (which the manager (David) had already evaluated. We were able to go home and discuss options. Cristina and Manager Mr. David were very responsive, answered all our questions, gave us a fair price on our trade in and came up with a reasonable price. Everyone we met along the process was incredibly polite and warm. The dealership was very clean and high end in appearance. Cristina was such a nice person with a very genuine personality and a great embassador for the Carlock Prestige Brand. The Manager David was very knowledgeable and good to deal with. We highly recommend the dealership, great management and if your lucky enough to work with Ms. Cristina you definitely won't be disappointed. One of the best car buying experiences we have had. Mark
