My blood pressure was running a little high, because of nerves. I leave and one day later I get a letter saying that I can't come back to this office. They kicked me out! The best I can think of is that while he was drilling on me, my reflexes kicked in and I accidentally hit his glasses. He got a little preturbed at that moment. How petty, to then tell me I need to find another doctor.

Dr. Scallions and his team are very patient, personable, and informative. They are also great at what they do! I have had trauma from a dentist as a kid and have since had great dentists. Dr. Scallions is no exception! I'm very happy to have found this office!

I was a new patient when I set up my first appointment they called me twice at the last minute to reschedule my first two set appointments to have my wisdom tooth removed. I asked if they can atleast send in a prescription for some Tylenol or ibuprofen because I was in a lot of pain the receptionist told me thats not how this works an hung up. Horrible customer service ! When I finally came in to have my tooth removed I was sitting in the chair awaiting the doctor to come in an over heard him tell the hygienist can u get his crowns ready while I go rip this tooth out real quick. the doctor removed my tooth with no hygienist to rinse my mouth or do suction he became irritated when I kept saying I had to spit. After he removed my tooth he just walked out left me in the chair didnt say a word to me. After I left I ended up having to go to urgent care cause I was in so much pain an was spitting out pieces of my tooth on my way home ( which I have pictures of) she told me there is no way there was no hygienist in there to rinse ur mouth u should not be spitting out pieces of ur tooth. She gave me pain meds and antibiotics to avoid infection because of how I was handled. Fast forward I had to schedule another appointment for dentures due to me accidentally throwing mine away after eating. I didnt want to use them again but they are the only dentist that accepts my dental quest Medicaid . The day of my appointment a lady calls an says basically I couldnt come in today an needed to ask about that at my next cleaning. Because my appointment is for dentures an me needing a partial isnt dentures like isnt it called a partial denture so again with the pushing my appointment back ! Her attitude on the phone was unacceptable, there was no empathy no Im sorry nothing just a smart tone

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I trusted this place with my dignity as a woman. Recently, I had my 2nd child, and my teeth were not in good condition. My oldest son, severely handicap, sometimes can and sometimes can't go to school. I had called less than 24 hours in advance ONCE to reschedule. This past Wednesday, I had called again. After receiving a call the day before to confirm an appointment, I had requested the assistant to CANCEL the day I went in to have my partial fixed.. As usual, there was no answer. I left a message the day BEFORE my appointment. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK AS I HAD ASKED IN MY VOICE-MAIL. So I generally I thought they just canceled the unnecessary appointment and went about my week... thinking nothing was wrong. I called today because I had an appointment for the 12th to have a root canal, and I had a general question about getting my impressions for my top whole denture that day as well. To pay $800 in ADVANCE. Keep in mind that my partial on the top is broken. Leaving a 29 year old, young mother with a messed up smile.. as if i wasn't already embarrassed enough about my smile.. I was assured I didn't need to pay to have it fixed the day I went in with the issue on my partial. ONLY TO BE TOLD I WAS NO LONGER ALLOWED TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS THERE EVER AGAIN!!!! WHY?! Because one of your assistants didn't do her job? I called to make sure the unnecessary appointment was canceled not once but twice. NEVER received a call back? That's MY FAULT?????? I have recommended so many to you. Shame on you. Your office. Your employees. You're management. SHAME. ON. YOU! So, in short, unless you want to be left with a broken smile and nowhere to go. DONT GO HERE. I would personally like an apology from whoever is in charge. This is disturbing & DISGUSTING that you take advantage of people. Dental care is already expensive and hard to handle in general..then you make it harder? No wonder women and men all over would rather suffer than trust a dentist with their dignity.
