Jackson Smiles Family Dentistry

I have been going to Jackson Smiles for over ten years now. I have had nothing but exceptional work done on my teeth. Dr. Patel does a great job though sometimes I wish he would explain things a little better, I truly have to say 5 stars , % review. The hygienists & receptionists are gre great too. Im always telling people to go to see my dentist.

I have been going to Jackson Smiles since they started. Dr. Patel and his staff are top notch. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very good about getting you in at your appointment time.

I have a problem with plaque and tartar that requires me to come to the office every 4 mos. Dr. Neil & his staff are always kind, compassionate & professional. Also, Angie is great! If you need dental care there is no place better than Jackson Smiles in or around Jackson. UPDATE to my previous review. If you don't have dental insurance, don't go onto their "plan" at the office. They don't tell you that the money you pay in isn't refundable if you need to cancel it for ANY reason. In my case, I am moving out of state and wanted to get a refund of the money that I hadn't used yet when I joined up. When I asked for an explanation as to why they wouldn't refund the excess funds, they lied to my face to try and come up with a reason. Completely untrustworthy people or maybe just crooks. There are lots of good dentists in Jackson to go to so I'd be looking elsewhere for dental care.
