        When my wife and I decided to work with Clayton we didn't know what to expect. We met Phylicia at the sales center and started talking about our goals and what we were looking for. Our first choice was not what we ended up with. Instead after listening to us and what we were looking for Phylicia took us to a model on the lot. It was actually smaller than what we wanted, but once we walked in we knew it was the right choice. It just felt right. It would have been easy for her to not take that time, after all, we had already decided what we wanted. However, what we ended up with cost much less, suits our needs perfectly. Since then she has been great to communicate with (as has everyone there). All in all it has been a great experience.

        David Begin was AMAZING from beginning to end with the purchase of our new home. We looked at many new homes at another Claytons Home Center but I had my heart set on a particular home that I knew I had seen on a lot somewhere before and I called the Clayton Home Center in Jackson and David told me right away that he had it and made arrangements for us to come in and see it and he made everything else fall into place from the time we walked into the door of that home on day one to make sure it became our forever home.
