Bailey & Greer are absolutely incredible! I want to especially shout out Baker Yates and his team. They were so patient with me for the four years we fought my case. When any worries or doubts arose Baker was there to walk me through them. Bakers team had my back the whole time. I know Baker and his team are all extremely busy people but I never once felt pushed aside. I wouldnt want anyone else fighting for me. Thank you Baker, for everything!

An incredible team! I can't say enough good things! Mr. Baker Yates was my attorney for a car accident that left me with neck issues I've never had before. Juggling this with losing my car and the passing of my beloved pet, I was expecting this journey to be long and difficult. That wasn't the case whatsoever! Not only was he kind, patient, and understanding, but he also kept me updated regularly. In all honesty, I felt like I was really being taken care of. He got to know me personally, which made me feel even more comfortable during all of this. I knew for a fact that I was being heard. As a former Shelby County Sherriffs deputy, I knew from deputies in the courthouse that Bailey and Greer was the best personal injury firm in town. The deputies I worked with would tell me about how impressive they were in court. So, when I was involved in a wreck with a big Penske truck, I knew Bailey and Greer was the ONLY place to go for help. I knew that they would fight for me and I am so relieved that I chose them. Sadler Bailey knew what my case was worth based on the injuries I suffered. He assured me he wasnt going to let Penske get away with offering me one penny less than what I deserved. Other attorneys would have pressured me to settle my case, but Sadler was ready and willing to fight for me. Sadlers firm spared no expense hiring experts, taking depositions, and doing everything they could to prepare for trial. At trial I saw first-hand what Id heard from the other deputies Sadler and Thomas are passionate, aggressive, and really know how to connect with a jury. Following a jury trial and an award of over a million dollars, Penske filed an appeal. Even though the fight went on for another year, we won in the end! Like Sadler promised, he got me every penny that I deserved. Bailey and Greer is the best law firm in Tennessee. I could not have been happier with their results. I wish I could give them more than a 5 star review. All I have to say to anyone reading this review is that I will never go anywhere else and Ive already referred several cases to them and will continue to do so at every opportunity!.
