My elderly mother had damage to her roof from the recent storm in Jackson, TN. I contacted A-Team Roofing and Cody Benard came right out to assess the damage. Cody was so helpful - got a tarp on the roof to protect interior and helped me with the insurance claim. He got us scheduled for the new roof installation so quickly knowing my mother was so worried about her roof. He kept in contact with me thru the entire process. The crew did a great job - showed up on time and got busy. Had the new roof completed in one day and cleaned up the job site. Cody, as project manager, made sure everything was completed correctly and was so patient, explaining things to my mom repeatedly. He coordinated the work that needed to be done with our insurance company and always kept us advised. Jacob was honest, hardworking and very helpful during the entire project. Project manager Cody Benard of A-Team roofing was very professional. After we got our insurance approval they were there four days later and were done by 4 oclock in the afternoon.
