Walgreens

Had to pick up a prescription from this pharmacy because my regular Walgreens pharmacy was out. A tech was sitting behind the counter and when they finally acknowledged me, a personal medical question they say had to be asked by state law, staying perched where they were, without the slightest respect toward personal privacy while people were there, loud enough where my wife heard a good distance from the counter in an aisle. Complete embarrassment and lack of respect. The tech seemed to be agitated and definitely didn't want to be bothered. Will never consider going back to this location for anything.

They are the only store 24 hours in West Knoxville, making it the go-to place for pretty much anything you need outside of the unordinary. Ever since Walmart decided ditch their 24-hour, 7-days a week schedule, and instead, pump all of their effort into online ordering, 30 minute vehicle pickup & delivery... THIS Walgreens has become my solution. This store is an unsung hero to the night owls and insomniacs sprinkle around West Knoxville, Farragut, Hardin Valley ... and beyond, I'm sure. The staff is super friendly, it's clean and easy to access. I do miss the Kroger partnership but hey, what can ya do?

I came in because I was having a bad reaction to a new item I was using. I had gone to Target right before, however, I could not find what I was looking for and the people working there were rude and unhelpful. I came here as a last ditch effort. I could not find the item in the areas one would immediately think it would be in. I went to the cashier with my phone open to the item listed on their website that I needed, she sent me to the exact location that had it. I would've never thought to look there. Thank you for being kind and helpful. I rarely shop at Walgreens but this one has proven to be far superior to the local Target.

Do not use the pharmacy here. They did not follow the prescription and gave all the refills at once which cost $106 instead of the $15 it was supposed to be. Also something I didnt even need refills on. My husband picked it up because I of course am sick and when he called and asked me if he was picking all the medicine (I had two others, I said yes) then he told me the price and I said no it should not be that much but then she had already ran it and sent him on his way. I called the pharmacy when he got it home to me and the pharmacist I spoke to was very rude and said, I needed to take it up with my husband since he accepted it. I will never use them again. This happen 2/24/24 at 9am

Zane was unbelievable. Not helpful, not nice , didn't listen to a word I said! Management should help her find a different job !!!
