I have dealt with many hvac companies in the past and they could never get my systems running right. Always just one thing after another. Selling me more and more parts and the issue still being unresolved. I called OnTime right before christmas and they sent out one of their techs without any outrageous holiday fees like every other company i called. The tech was very friendly yet professional and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He diagnosed the issue in a timely manner and explained to me what was going on. Got the problem resolved without trying to sell me many new parts or an entirely new unit. For the first time i felt that i was dealing with a company that wasnt simply just trying to make a few extra bucks but rather a company that takes pride in the work they do and care for their customers. My unit has been running great with no issues whatsoever. I will only be dealing with this company from now on.
