Insurance Spclst of The South

I set up payments for my car insurance, for my car in August 2023. First they were debiting from my account, but when I called to change card in January 2023, due to a change of a card, they did not submit it. This one, I will pass on as I do not even know what to say but between the insurance broker and the insurance, I was not told until it was too late. I know i called as I was trying to be sure that all was good for the January snow blizzard season. Fast forward to March, while I was working nonstop, I called and was told that they did not change the card number. I was canceled. HUH? If one starts an insurance on the phone, digitally, via email, why not tell them this way ? I had no idea as I was too busy working. I then called to give my checking, so they would not make that mistake again, and they got the checking number wrong,so I again was driving without insurance. No words... but terrible service. ( NO one wants to be without insurance, and to not deliver this service when one calls to obain the service, and thinks they are safely driving, definitely puts the customer is true harm's way.

The company has great customer service always there if you have a question that needs to be answered and always able to answer your question and they will save you as much money as possible on all your insurance needs if you don't have insurance with them I recommend you give them a call and get a quote today.
