The car insurance coverage is amazing and they helped out great after my accident. On the other hand home insurance is a huge disappointment. I had water damages in my kitchen and I had water damages under my home on two different dates. I was giving my statement and they twisted the dates and I was told by the adjuster I was a liar. No one ever came to investigate the damages, no one called me back, the customer service is horrible. I will be switching insurance companies as soon as possible! Never use them for home damages I'm now left with no kitchen cabinets, damaged floors, and a huge repair bill. Thanks allstate for absolutely nothing.

If youre looking for an insurance agency who will make you feel like family, look no further! They have exceeded all of my expectations and have truly gone the extra mile for me and my family. We absolutely loved AnnaMaree! She was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and she took the time to explain everything to us so we knew exactly what kind of insurance coverage we needed. Her attention to detail and customer service skills are unmatched. I highly recommend them for any and all of your insurance needs!
