Terry Henley was my Dad's & Mom's insurance agent for several decades. Now I'm thankful he is mine. He gave me the best rate on my homeowner's insurance above all other agencies I checked. Customer support is always helpful with any need I have. The best service is actually getting to talk to a human every time & their Drivewise App is a great discount program. I recommend Allstate!

My experience with Terry Henley's was salvaged by an Agent Named Nick Rashun. I was referred to Allstate due to them having the lowest rate in the area. The agent that initially serviced me made a mistake which caused my policy to be canceled. When I called to inquire about it Nick, took a look at the issue and expedited a fix. This is an awesome agency. Just as long as you get the right representative. I suggest you ask for Nick Rashun if you see that Allstate has the lowest rates after shopping around.

There are some crazy people working here. I originally bought insurance for 3 properties and 3 cars. They went into my policy and canceled one and then issues me two policies for the same property. I asked them to fix it and they act like crazy aggressive animals. I just talked to Anthony and he was very aggressive and acting stupid. He refused to fix the issue and he refused to answer calls. What a clusterF. Dont go to this office. Also they all call theirSelf managers and if you ask for manager or supervisor, they wont do it.
I dont blame this on Allstate. Such people are bringing down this company. I will post the voice I recorded along email on youtube and will paste a link here.
