Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I will like to express how dissapointed i am with the services that I was not provided with. I must say, I was really excited that I found a company that I was I thought was professional and had a reputable reputation. I was willing to pay for the work, but apparently they were not interested in doing the work. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, I wont mentioned any names but a female came to my home, I had a conversation with her about the project that I was looking to have done. I was told that I will receive an estimate via email in about a week. Christmas and New Years (came and left) and I am still waiting for that email with the quote. I reached out to the female that came to my home 2 times, to inform her that I never received the email and it was to no avail. I dont understand what was the point of going thru the trouble of coming to my home if they were not willing to provide me with a quote nor services. I would have at least appreciated a courtesy email informing me they were not interested. No one, ever reached out to me nor called me after the visit. Respectfully, Lost for word (Knoxville, TN) PS- I had to give 1 star in order to post my comment.

We couldnt be happier with our hardscape by Lucas Outdoor Design! From the initial consultation to the end product, a great experience from start to finish.

Lucas Outdoor Designs completed a very large and complex hardscaping project at my home and did an astounding job. The quality of the work was top notch for a fair price. Thanks to Elizabeth for her dedication in managing the project. She was great to work with and my family will always consider her a friend.
