        We have been working with Debbie for years, she has been absolutely outstanding & incredibly prompt! Recently we needed to access equity, although we weren't able to have approval through her bank because of being a Farm, she was able to suggest and point us in the right direction. We were able to get funding through her recommendation without any issue. Her honesty and personal attention to understanding your needs is Top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! She does not disappoint!

        Deb is great to work with on a transaction. She goes above and beyond to stay ahead of the loan process. She keeps the real estate agents informed, which makes it much easier on us agents involved in the transaction. She does not sugarcoat and straight up with true facts. She is fantastic at working with the buyers and leading them through the maze of obtaining a loan and getting it to the closing table. I highly recommend Deb Applegate! She deserves 10 stars!
