        I would recommend not using Mortgage Investor Group #mortgagelender for your home loans. A single mom gets pre-qualified goes through the process of the paperwork AND spends a least $3,000 on inspections, earnest money and other fees just to be told that "oh, I'm sorry it didn't go through". Isn't it their job to make sure that they are going to get approved BEFORE spending that much money? What a joke! One star is not low enough.

        Parker was professional, hard working, and efficient. Parker was so efficient she managed to close a USDA loan in 30 days, and have a refund due at closing. We did feel there are things MIG as a whole could do to improve communications or maybe set the stage a bit or provide some direction. We would NOT hesitate to use Parker or MIG again.
