        I drove an hour and a 1/2 only for them to tell me I had 2 Cavities which I Cavities which I I already know and then they tell me it's going to be 2 weeks possibly up to 6 weeks before they can extract these teeth And I just can't understand why they can't find me something closer.

        Had to go to their other facility due to a technical problem at the office. No problem there. It's just as nice as their office in Knoxville. Dr. Todd did a great job and is very personable, making you relaxed and at ease. Thank you!!!

      Some insurance plans require that offices obtain approval before procedures can be preformed. You may check with your dental plan to see if that is what your requires. It is not always the dental offices fault as they must follow the rules that dental plans set. If you are looking for an office closer to your home we suggest you ask your insurance provider for a suggestion.
