        We are very happy with the service from the Plumbing Authority. Every person we dealt with from Nancy (scheduling) and Mikhail Lynch, field supervisor, both people were very helpful and responsive to our needs. Chris Floyd, field technician, This young man went far beyond what we expected, triple checking every step of our project, finding fast solutions to our new water heater install, while being very polite and helpful. We highly recommend the plumbing authority to anyone, and we will be using them again for our plumbing needs.
