I began working with Angie and her client the end of November 2023. Angie was selling her client's home in TN due to a job relocation to MD and I was working with them to find a home in PA. The PA market was still competitive so I wanted to see what Angie's plan was to get their TN home sold quickly. She is very kowledgable of the TN market and had a great plan in place to get the home sold quickly, and it did, with a settlement by end of December. The Buyer was able to secure a beautiful home in PA and settle in January! Angie was a pleasure to work with, very professional and always quick to respond. I would not hesitate for a second to refer a client that was moving to TN to Angie!

Angie referred the sweetest clients to me in Alabama and working the whole transaction was so seamless. She was quick to respond to anything that I needed and answered her phone. I did not only use Angie Dout to sell my home last month. I also used her talent to buy the same home 2 years prior. I was a return customer, because she not once tried to push me into a home that wasnt a good fit, and she also knows real estate and people. She knows the dos and donts of home buying and will always look out for your best interest! Communication is always excellent! I can literally call at 7:00 in the morning or 10:00 in the evening with a question and she will always answer. DO NOT go to anyone else for your home buying/selling needs. We listed and the house was contracted within a matter of days! She knows the contractors and cleaners that you need at Amazing prices to get your house sold quick!

Angie did an amazing job! She was always available and communicated very well with us. She listened to what we wanted and was very patient with us in this crazy market. Angie negotiated for us several times and always made sure we were taken care of. My only regret was not listening to her suggestion of what lender to use. I plan to use her and her contacts for my next home (:
