Back in December on if the garbage trucks made tracks in my mom's yard and it looks horrible. I called and sent a text of the pictures of her yard and nobody seems to care that one of their drivers messed up her yard. I would give negative zero stars if i could. I even have the truck on her ring camera but that didn't matter.

I haven't started my service yet, but I contacted the office and got five star service from Nikki Ritter who set up my service and answered all my questions.

Out of the several waste services to choose from in the area, I chose this one for my trash and recycling needs. Big mistake. The trash pickup portion of the service is fine. However, the recycle service is a nightmare. Trash is picked up weekly, but recycle is only every two weeks. That's okay, except when they don't pick it up. I have only had this service for a few months, but they have already missed two recycle pickups. That's important when the pickup is only twice a month because it piles up. The first missed pickup was credited to my account, but this most recent one I was told by customer service (Friday) that the driver came by at 8 am (Thursday) and reported it wasn't out. Well, that's wrong because it was out the night before. I was told the company would review the footage and get back with me. I asked her if they are going to pick it up and she said they would get it Tuesday (trash day) if they find that it was out. So today is Monday and I called to find out the status of said review and also to be sure that if they do pick it up Tuesday that my recycle is not going into the trash truck (defeats the purpose of paying for a recycle service). I was told they came back by Friday afternoon to pick it up but it wasn't out. Well, duh. I pulled it back up next to the house where it belongs like a good neighbor so it doesn't get blown over or look unsightly. At no time was I ever informed to leave it out or they would come back by. I was also told I would not receive a credit since they came back by. When I asked why the driver did not pick it up Thursday when he drove by if apparently the footage showed it was out (hence the driver coming back by Friday for a missed pickup) I was told it was human error because their drivers are human, which is the opposite of what I was told Friday - that the driver said it wasn't out. Wow. I chose this company because I want to support our local businesses, but I do expect responsible service and kindness when dealing with people. I feel neither was given. So, in summary, the trash pickup is fine. No problems so far. But the recycle portion of the service and customer service could be better. Service: Trash removal & disposal
