Walmart Vision Center

Dr. Moore is an excellent doctor!! She is very kind and wonderful with her patients. I am so glad I found her for my eye care. Also, Max in the vision center was very kind and helpful. Max helped me with choosing my frames and was very patient. I tried on several pair and he was so patient. Thank you Dr. Moore and Max!!

Walked into my appt and gave my insurance card to the lady upfront. She ran my insurance card then said this is for specialist and I haven't met my deductible. My charge was going to be $130. I have excellent vsp insurance. I said I'm going to my regular eye doctor Dr. I didn't go to them because no one answered the phone. I left and called my regular eye Dr and have appt tomorrow. My deductible is the normal $15. Now my insurance is messed up saying I already had an appt. She had already run my insurance card. OMG The Dr may be great there but the person up front caused him to loose a patient. NOT HAPPY

Ive have been to Walmart vision center several times. The number one thing we have loved is the accuracy of the doctors prescription for our glasses. Dr. Moore has been spot on for me and my husband. We went to a local eye clinic before this and both our glasses were way off. Neither of us could use the glasses. We came to Walmart and have gotten several pairs over the years and have been 100% satisfied. The ability to go to any Walmart to get a quick repair has been invaluable because my husband has a horrible habit of misplacing his glasses and sitting on them when we travel. Dr. Moore and Max the optometrist at Maryville Walmart have been exceptional.
