    The gentleman that was working the night I went into Verizon was excellent. Extremely professional and respectful. He was very knowledgeable on the types of phones I was interested in (especially something that was within my price range) and never tried rushing me into a decision in any way like most phone stores will. Allowed me time to browse around and find what worked best for me. I do wish that I could remember his name to give him the credit that he deserves! However, he done an outstanding job! So if you're in the market for a new phone or tablet, go see the Verizon store in the plaza next to great clips.

    Absolutely the worst Verizon experience ever! Ok so long time AT&T customer. Finally decided to move over to Verizon. Pouring rain in my uniform for work I came into the store. The young male attendant asks if he can help and I said yes. He states only if its not too much. I say no. I am just transferring data from old phone to new. He gives me the password for Wi-Fi. I start to do the password . He then says it will be a 35 dollar transfer fee. I asked him for using the Wi-Fi as a new Verizon customer? He says yes. I say no way! He said and there is a sign that says no loitering. So I go to leave and at this time I turn to tell him that Im a Google guide. I only give bad reviews to people that deserve it. He says, I dont care It was at this time I said alright I will add that to the review. This interaction lasted for less than 2 mins. Hmmm I wonder should just cancel this account. And then I get this generated looking response. I didnt need anybody to help me transfer my phone. I know how to do that myself. You literally didnt understand anything I said. All I needed was to sign in on your Wi-Fi and sit in your store while I transferred my phone myself. I didnt need a screensaver. I didnt need some little kid to cuddle me. I certainly dont need comments that show you absolutely dont care at all by sending some generated answer. Sorry, but every single person I tell about this, will be my personal business to make sure and info people. I will not recommend them to go to your store. I will also make other Verizon stores aware of your incompetence. Update on the review. Nothing was done. I kept this service for exactly 20 days and canceled the service and went back to AT&T. Because of this experience. Also, the service was spotty I couldnt get signal continued to drop calls. I wouldnt recommend Verizon to anyone.
