I cannot express my gratitude enough to Elisha Burke for all that she did for us at a very stressful and hectic time. She took care of us from start to finish. Even as far as coming to our new house and helping us set up our new furniture on her own time. She works on the weekends so make sure you go then and I promise you she won't let you down. Not to sure about the weekday crew. Seems to be some communication issues going on there. I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone. But Elisha gave us her own personal cell number and always got right back to us . I will shop there again but it will be on Saturday or Sunday. She genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to meet their needs . I had to change my order, change the delivery day, change the delivery address and she was as nice as could be through the whole process. We will for sure go back on Saturdays and Sundays!!

This place is a joke. Spent $1600 on a mattress and bedroom suite. Mattress lasted 1 month and tryed to get it swapped out and they ignored us. I will not buy nothing there again. It's not like I was asking for my money back I just wanted the mattress replaced. Talked to them 5 separate times saying they had to talk to there sales representative. I call BS.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Purchases a reclining sectional and in January I requested repairs covered under warranty. She claims that she got the repairs approved but they haven't sent parts and it's been 7 months. She's currently ignoring me!
