A-1 Better Handyman Heating & Air

Can't get anyone from here to work on or replace my minisplit unit. I have contacted Russ several times about looking at my minisplit which isn't heating and cooling properly. He seems like a nice guy and takes my call each time so I gave an extra star in my rating for that. Unfortunately, he refers me each time to his work associate companies TNG and also Prince which will not return voice messages or if I am lucky to get them on the phone, take my information and then never call back as they state. I have mentioned this to Russ to no avail. I have called most HVAC companies in the McMinnville area and the only two that will return calls and come out are Roscoe Brown (expensive) and A to Z Heating and Cooling (much more cost effective).

After a weekend without a/c, I called Sunday night and made an appointment for mid-morning on Monday. Russ was on time, and found the problem right away. Very personable and professional, and price was reasonable. Service: A/C system repair
