He works with the opps. Doesnt try his hardest, once he does lose he will blame his client instead of looking at the whole picture. I would find someone else. Just a waste of time!

My husband and I went to his office to file Bankruptcy. Deedee asked me to bring copies of our statements and the paperwork for the last three years we filed our taxes. This was December 2022 She asked for 2,000.00 dollars to file. We paid!! They told me to call everyone we owed and give them their information and tell them to call Billy Tollison. I did this They put us off and in September 2023 Billy Tollison told us that we couldnt file bankruptcy because we couldnt make the payment. We both are disabled and live on social security. I went to pickup our paperwork they had and they had a homemade sign hanging up that said NO REFUNDS!!! He would not give us our money back and they did nothing for us. They did not file anything!!!
