        New management of the waste side. They instituted a 2-ton minimum fee if you use a dump trailer. That means $140.00 even if you only have 300 pounds. In a lot of cases, it is more cost-effective to go to Smithville.

        They are no longer Southern waste, they are now CWS, and with their name change came a huge price increase. The minimum used to 20 dollars, if you didn't met the weight. They now base it off your vehicle, not weight, and my small Nissan frontier was going to be 40 or 45 dollars to dump a small load.
