        Tellers are nice despite only 1 teller being there. They really need more tellers. Some of the customers were really rude...their frustration should probably be directed towards branch leadership. Maybe they could cross train desk associates with counter work; even if they were slower than normal tellers it would be an improvement. One associate tried to see if he could help anyone with non cash transactions. So while he tried because he didn't have anything else to do, it was like his hands were tied watching the frustration of his lone coworker with a line of 9.

        Its a Friday and its only one teller at the desk. This is horrible. Im the 6th person in line and its moving incredibly to slow. This is so pathetic and annoying. Especially being on the clock for work needing to get back to my own store. They care nothing about the customers
