let me start by saying heather is hands down the best person i have ever sat down and had any sort of consultation with. the minute she started talking to me it felt like i had walked into an old friends house to chat. it didnt feel at all like a transactional meeting and it was so much more relaxed and comfortable. dr shafter was also very welcoming and he has a very caring aura about him. the only issues i have had so far are that after i got my implant procedure done the dentures i had were very awkward and werent aligned so i couldnt talk very clearly or pronounce any words with an s. the bottom row also looked and felt very uncomfortable/awkward when i smiled. i was told that i couldnt get them remade at the moment and i honestly felt like crying because i hated how my smile looked due to the lower dentures looking the way they did even though the top looked great. i was excited during the initial procedure because i wanted to smile again but i still felt uncomfortable and there was nothing i could do. since then my dentures have broken as i have pets and theyve knocked them down and stepped on them etc. i was never given anything to store them in so i didnt have any sort of container to protect them from falling or anything and i didnt realize it at first as i was totally out of it after the procedure and could barely even stand straight. after they broke and i called i found out that they did have containers so im unsure of why i didnt get one. overall clearchoice has done a lot for me so im very grateful for the most part and just trying to remain hopeful until i have my next appointment that i can get the denture situation solved somehow so that i can have dentures that are properly protected. still would recommend as a place that is efficient, flexible financially, and reliable.

An absolute disaster! Never told us that there would be 7 sets of temps, all of which broke or fell out. Never told us that when this happens, you would have such a lisp that you could not be understood. Never told us that the pain would be so awful that you would lay in bed and cry. Never told us that we would never see a doctor after the first surgery to remove. Never told us that "assistants" would be glueing and replacing and working to make the temporaries work. Never told us that 7 months later, we would still be at the start. Never told us that these temps would be like FOREVER. Not one apology. Not one thoughtful reach out. Not one. And the end is not in sight.
