Terrible customer service. The lady taking my order seem very aggravated sighing at the fact I was taking too long or that my order was too big. She seemed very upset about her job that she's hired to do. I get to the window and because I haven't ordered $50 worth of food she refuses to break my $100 bill when my total amount due was 40$. If the manager is hiring these type of people and allowing them to perform at work like this he needs to be replaced.

Food was excellent especially for a Saturday night. Manager is running a super tight ship. Friendly staff and I say again, exceptional hot food. Will keep coming back!

The establishment drive thru is already too slow for them to be making errors on your order. You don't even bother checking if it's correct until after you have made it home from the long wait. They left my side of red beans and rice off my order. The popcorn shrimp literally look like crumbs and the regular size mac and cheese was ridiculously small basically nothing but lump of cheese.

Today I ended up eating some sour red beans and rice with my meal and it gave me diarrhea. The chicken was good and fresh and crispy, but the red beans and rice was sour. I took the red beans and rice back, and the manager was kind enough to not only replace my meal completely, but also gave me a refund.

Great food! Management made sure everything was correct. 5 stars! They were super busy, but service was excellent and speedy!
