Two of your grate employees that came to my house on a water heater call. They both were so kind and thoughtful and friendly with the proper personality to talk about my water heater problem And to ease my worries and offered three paths to pick from on to get me back up and running. Thats the second time that yall sent Dylan to me. I thought highly of him the first time he came to quote me a price on something else. I didnt take the time last time to tell you how good he was that time. Im glad you sent him back with Brayden. He is good at explaining what I needed and how it works . I can relate to both of these guys they were both very thorough this crew is definitely a asset to your company. Back in the day when I was young I worked for the Nashville fire department and owned a Towing company on the side and could not always be everywhere at the same time . and I would get a good call about one of my employees it made it feel worth it. Even though you cant be everywhere ether just know they had your back Thanks a million Roger L Eldridge
