        I was over charged for a rental for times that I didnt have it. They just wanna take your money for no reason. Waste of time and money. The representative chasity was no help

        Tori at the Home Depot tool rental was helpful and although I always expect customer service when paying for a service it has become increasingly harder to find such service. I was glad to experience some again.

        Please dont take your tools here for repair, I took a brand new dewalt presure washer for repair and never got a call from them, when I went to check on it they told me they didnt have it any more, i lost $700 , they just kept on saying they left a voicemail, but I never got the voicemail or the call, they have the worst service
