        My daughter came for check engine light diagnostic this morning the service manager Aaron told her it would be a 600 dollar retainer fee to see her vehicle also the 255 dollars diagnostic test so l call to verify this and he did say this is a new policy now Can't make this up, l never heard of such In a company with this practice if this is true, what if u don't have the 600 dollars in your account

        My appointment time was honored by the Service Department. Often time, customers have an appointment and would still have to wait 30 or more minutes before their vehicle is event taken back into the shop area. Great customer service. Great waiting area but no vending or snack area.

      Mr. Gray, we apologize for any miscommunication during your daughters visit to Gossett VW. The 'retainer fee' is used on vehicles that are 2016 or older and does go toward all service that would be needed on your vehicle. It also applies to the diagnostic fee as well. While we are happy to assist and repair older vehicles, there are times that parts may be difficult to get. I did speak to Aaron and he would be more than happy to assist your daughter. Please give him a call at your convenience if we can be of any further assistance.
