Hamblen County Veterans Services

The veteran service officer, Mr Williams leaves much to be desired from a visit to his office. He is extremely difficult to talk to and will not listen to your questions, concerns, and the details of your case. From his lack of listening skills he fails to understand exactly what you need or hope to achieve which only results in confusion and frustration. His main objective seems to be to get you out of his office as soon as possible and he comes off quite rude in doing so. I would strongly advise seeking help elsewhere. Another great use of taxpayer dollars at work.
