Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union

3/01/24 I never come to this TVA location because the tellers here are so slow. I am writing my review as I sit landlocked in the teller drive thru for over 20mins. I understand its a Friday, its raining, lots of people are cashing their checks... I have 2 vehicles still in front of me. It looks like I will be here atleast 30 or 35mins. I wasted my whole lunch break just to deposit money. The west end location is much faster. I wouldn't recommend coming to this location ever. Wish I could leave but I can't so I am stuck till its my turn. Yay.

I am leaving this credit union. They may be alright with everyday banking needs, but they will fail you when you have an unusual situation. Specifically, my mother passed away, and in trying to see to her affairs, I was given vague answers and rudely dismissed about what I was supposed to do. No one should be treated that way, especially grieving people. There is no compassion or care; they just want to move the line along.
