Mr. Stambaugh is a very intelligent, knowledgeable attorney. I really appreciated his no-nonsense, honest approach without sugarcoating the truth for me. He told me how it was, what to expect, did his job very efficiently, and made everything very quick and painless for me. The fact that he can be slightly intimidating when first meeting him only shows how effective and formidable he is at his job. I would recommend him to anyone. The honesty and integrity that this attorney demonstrates gives me hope for our legal system as a whole. I paid the first half upfront, and he told me he did not want the other half until he'd won the custody case I'd hired him for. When all was said and done, he had not only accomplished what I thought would be impossible, but his office called me and said that the case turned out to be much less work than originally expected, and I did not owe the other half because it wouldn't be fair to charge me that much. I was astounded. I've never encountered an attorney whom I did not owe more than originally quoted, but to owe less than quoted is unprecedented. If you need legal help, run, don't walk, to Mr. Stambaugh's office. He has earned not only my gratitude, but my utmost respect.
