Listen to the other reviews, this place is a mess. Stains all over the room, including the sheets and towels. Burn marks on the duvet. Hall reeked of weed. Beer cans and a dirty diaper in the parking lot. Black grime all over the shower. Rusty nails holding down the carpet on the stairs. And I woke up with mold related sinus issues (a reaction specific to mold with me) Just go somewhere else. Only plus it's that there are a lot of stores nearby, but getting sick isn't worth saving a few bucks.

I think this hotel is decent for the money. Breakfast was a little more than a Continental breakfast. They had sausage which was decent and eggs which were not so good. Both were cold. My room was just fine. I love the bed. Everything was clean. It was quiet. The staff was decent as well. There is a hotel a couple doors down that was considerably more expensive. So if you were opting for a decent price and a decent room, you can find one here.

My wife brought her service dog into the location, and after mentioning a noise that sounded like another dog in the room above us, the employee supposedly went and checked and found no apparent reason for the noise above us. As a result, he came to the room, where I intercepted him while leaving the pool area. He said that there were no other animals checked into the hotel and that my wife was a liar. He did this in front of our children. He then proceeded to say that we were required to provide proof that the dog was indeed a service dog and wanted to know which disabilities she had, in order to "prove" she was a service dog, or we would be required to pay a $25 fee for having a pet. After attempting to explain the ADA protections my wife was entitled to, I was told that the hotel was "private property" and was allowed to create their own rules bypassing federal law. When my wife went to him, trying to show him proof of the law, he said that without paperwork he would charge an additional $25 fee for a pet. After she tried to ask to speak to a manager and she was asked to leave with her dog, since he didn't want to deal with "arguing" about her about her rights. Our stay lasted 2 hours, and now we are out $105. If you have a service dog, do not stay here.
