To begin, I was given a 2 hour window and the technician showed up 25 minutes late. I gave him the details of the problem, but he ignored the information I gave him and tried to sell me parts that had nothing to do with my problem - a capacitor, expensive and completely unnecessary. When he finally put the dye in the line to find the leak, he charged me $225. It took approximately 5 minutes. After the technician left I called another company and they FIXED MY PROBLEM WITHIN 25 MINUTES - because he listened to the information I gave him, he found the leak, and repaired it. This company's bill was less than 1/4 of the bill Renner charged me WITHOUT FIXING MY PROBLEM. After this experience, I attempted to contact management multiple times. Management would never take my calls or return them.

We had a small drain issue with our HVAC system and called Renner. We were very fortunate to have the one and only Mack (as in Big MACK trucks) come out. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and even answered all of my questions about the unit and trying to learn how and HVAC system works. Great quality work and the price was half of what we were expecting. We now have our #1 stop for any HVAC maintenance or issues in the future! Thank you! Service: HVAC system maintenance
