    Not sure what's going on. I understand their voicemail and sign says not open on Thursday but I have called about my lawnmower for two weeks and even went by the business. Can't get no response Grrrr.

    I visited this business with the intent to purchase a used mower on July 14th. I was clear with the owner that this was my first time buying a riding mower and was concerned if the one he had would be sufficient enough for my property due to it having a significant size and slope. I asked what the return policy was in case the mower was not the right size or horsepower for my property and was told, "we usually give about a week to make sure things will work out." I purchased the mower and he told me he needed to put a new belt on it before picking it up that evening. I paid and left. It was brought home that night. The mower stopped working before finishing half of my front yard. The blade would not drop. The owner came July 17th to pick it up for repair. It was "repaired" and brought back on July 21st. Again, the mower made two passes across my front yard and stopped working. At this point, I told the owner that I felt this was not going to work out and wanted to return the mower. He then tells me that "shop policy is repair or replace." This is NOT what I was told prior to purchasing this mower, and I made sure to ask because I was concerned if the mower was the right strength, I really never considered that I was buying a complete lemon. The owner came by again after "fixing" the mower and even took the time to teach me a little about using it. Unfortunately, it made no difference because the mower once again, wouldnt work. Now it was smoking. This was August 13th. I tried calling this business so many times to find out the status of my mower. It is impossible to get him to answer the phone or contact me. The mower was delivered September 8th. Still completely un-usable. September 12th I was told that he was going to give me a different mower. September 29th I tried calling to inquire about the replacement and the business now had a google call screening service answering the calls. I was not able to get through to a person. I decided to physically go in the following Monday. Unfortunately, they were not open. So I went in the next available day. I do feel that he was surprised to see me. He made a phone call to some other person stating they had the "other mower". I told him I know nothing about the mower and he said it was "better and newer". At this point, beginning of October, the mowing season is coming to a close. I purchased this mower July 14th and was never able to mow my lawn. I had to scramble to find lawn mowing services that were charging me $75 a piece to start services due to the grass growing so long and if I could get a follow up mow done it was $50 per week. I had been dealing with ticks and fleas at this time from stray animals coming in my yard and paying hundreds of dollars to my exterminating company who constantly kept telling me the long grass is a huge contributor to the problem. I told him I wanted a refund. I told him that this has done nothing but caused me more problems, more stress and cost me a ton more than I had to spend. At this point, I could have bought the brand new mower I wanted and he told me, "I doubt that". We'll sir, I disagree, and I am the one with receipts to prove it. He told me when the person with the other mower called him back, he would follow back up with me. Do you think I have heard from him? Absolutely NOT. It is now NOVEMBER 9th. It has been 118 days since I purchased this lemon of a mower that is STILL being stored in my shed. I want my money back. I want this piece of garbage out of my shed. I will update my review when action is taken by the business to right this wrong.
