Absolutely the staff at this clinic! They are very kind and have the best bed side manner. They really helped with the pain and swelling in my legs. Im most excited to see the results after my second procedure to cosmetically fix the damage that was done in my accident. Thank you all for your amazing work and treating me so kindly while I was in your care. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I went and had vein surgery on my legs. The Dr was a really caring,kind and smart Dr.His office staff is a different story. I signed a paper stating that I was covered at 100% for the surgery. Now all of a sudden they are telling me that I owe 13 hundred and something dollars. I told the lady at the office I would not have had this surgery if I knew it was going to cost this much. The first lady at the Morristown office told me that they had that paper saying it was covered at 100% that I signed and now the office manager in Knoxville is telling me they don't have that paper all of a sudden. I will find the paper when my husband gets home from work in his car. I do not like to be lied to and I will never return to this office. Beware when you go for your surgery that you're not signing for something that isn't true. I also got told that I owe money because they cant ask her about it. the woman no longer works there well that's not my problem. I have excellent credit and I will be Dang if a doctor's office ruins it over something that I do not know
