We had to have a big project done on our main sewer, and they got the job done very quickly. They all were very professional and extremely helpful with explaining everything and making sure we were happy with the work they did. I highly recommend them!

Quality is a top notch company with very knowledgeable and honest employees, I've used them for hot water heater install and HVAC service. From the ladies answering the phones, to the guys doing the estimates, and the folks doing the work onsite, everyone has been great to deal with. Recently, very cold weather came through the area and our old heating unit went out after normal business hours. I called them and left a message, with an after hours answering service I think, but then I got a return call right after 8 am the very next day. They sent someone out right away to help us which I was totally surprised at with the quick availability for service. We knew we needed a new unit eventually, and had received estimates from Quality previously, but they were never pushy and discussed what price points we wanted and fit the new unit to our needs. They actually fixed my old system in the morning to get it running since it was so cold, and then came out two days later for the new install. As I said, everyone was super nice and easy to deal with, and I've even texted the install manager several questions since and he has always promptly replied. I highly recommend Quality Heating and Plumbing to anyone. And I will use them again in the future. P.S. If you're a real nice customer, they'll even send you a surprise thank you gift for using some of their services.
