        I originally left a one-star review noting that they refused to sell to out-of-state buyers. Since then I just received a phone call from Nick, looking to go over the details of the interaction that led to the review. Of course they did explain why they are restrictive. But the main point of updating this review to four stars, Is he did even assist with checking in their system, other dealers around the country for the specific vehicle I'm looking for. And provided two vehicles at other dealers that matched what I was looking for and provided their contact information. Still bummed about not being able to even entertain the idea of purchasing a car from them due to being out of state. But I will say they still provide great customer service even when your technically not a customer.

        Got lowballed on a trade in, 16k for a 2021 and it was a Toyota!!! They said they couldnt budge the price yet they were retailing the same car with 6k less miles than mine for 25k. I wasnt pleased with how they tried to negotiate. Took my business down the road and they gave me what I needed to trade my car in and got a better deal on a better truck with less money down! They are greedy. And not motivated sellers.
