Tasha and Brad on the maintenance staff did an outstanding job at replacing my bathroom sink when I experienced an emergency. If you ever need anything repaired, these two will go above and beyond to make sure youre taken care of.

This is my third lease with Ashwood Cove and I can say its gotten a lot better since I got here. Maintenance is stellar! The office staff are great! Theyve helped me a ton. Most importantly to me, they got a squirrel to leave me alone!

After visiting a relative that lives at Ashwood Cove I was so impressed at how family oriented this community was , from residents events like movie night, children workshops, and game nights I know this would be my next home. The application process when swiftly, My leasing agent Sparkle was Amazing!! She kept me posted on each step and followed up quicker than expected, I give a 10/10 and I highly recommend Ashwood Cove if you looking for a new place to call home.

Hey everyone! I just had to share my experience living at this apartment complex. One of the things I absolutely love about this place is that there are no pet restrictions! It's such a relief to be able to have my furry friends with me. The maintenance team here is top-notch too! They're always quick to respond and super helpful. Another awesome feature is the valet garbage service. It's so convenient not having to worry about taking out the trash myself. The only downside I've found is the laundromat. It tends to overcharge sometimes, but the prices are still pretty reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for its pet-friendly policy, great maintenance team, and the convenience of valet garbage. It's a fantastic place to call home! "
