Gross Builders

I have lived at Wellington farms for 6 years . They have the most incompetent office help I have ever seen . My apartment flooded December 2 and I have mold growing in my bathroom . They have yet to repair my apartment ! So now I have called the corporate office and the regional office for Gross builders and I wait for a call from them . If you are considering a Gross Builders property , you need to reconsider . The management is horrible ! They will Not respond to repair your apartments .

Communication with these people doesn't exist. You can call daily and leave messages concerning important things but they won't return your call. The apartments are decent for the price but when You have issues and need to contact management...forget it.

they keep the grounds nice to attract people but once you lie here you realize the real deal. my two bedroom apartment stays ice cold in one of the rooms. in fact, ive learned now that other tenants in my building are having the same issue. this is not just an issue in the winter, but also the summer. for 2 years weve called and complained and tried to get them to fix the issue. nothing has been done. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL BACK for goodness sake. they dont care. theyre NOT a member of the BBB and i highly encourage all who read this that live in a gross builders property to complain to the BBB about your issue too. nothing has been done yet, but ill keep things updated.
