Ordered flowers from another state for my Mom's birthday to be delivered to her at her home.... absolutely stunning and she was so pleased with them ! Worth the price for a beautiful and unique arrangement! I would highly recommend Murfreesboro Flower Shop for your floral needs.

I received the cutest succulent arrangement a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately, it was over watered and dropped many leaves and now a different plant in the arrangement looks awful, likely from too much water, also or not enough water bc I had to let the other plant dry out to save it. You have to know what you can plant together and not over water succulents! Under watering is way safer than over watering when it comesnto succulents. Disappointed in this one.

Beautiful flowers! Today is my daughters birthday. I wanted her to get flowers before she has to start work. You put together an amazing bouquet and delivered it in record time! She is thrilled! I am very happy! Outstanding work!

I ordered a bouquet from the Website attached to this Florist. The picture of the flowers received and what was advertised were totally different. Denise and David at the florist informed me all about the business end of their relationship with their contracted Teleflorist. Denise and David will subtract a value from the bouquet to cover their delivery fee. $14.00 for a local Murfreesboro delivery. So the $54.00 bouquet contained only $25.00 worth of flowers. I had all ready paid processing and delivery fees when placing the order online. Seems according to David the Teleflorist only sends them the actual 39.99 cost of the advertised bouquet when the order is placed. So then David and Denise deduct from the flowers to cover their delivery. I informed them that a customer has no idea how or why a florist does business with a Teleflorist. When I called with my concern Denise said she could do nothing and told me to call the Teleflorist. After that call, the florist when and took the flowers away from my friend. I called David to see if I got a refund, he said that was up to the Teleflorist but because I called them, as Denise instructed, they were right to pick up their flowers as the Teleflorist had retrieved their 39.99. In the end I received a lesson in what not to do in the flower business. Pitiful customer service.
