Mark worked so diligently with my husband and I. We bout our first home all thanks to him and our lovely Realtor. He made the process so simple and smooth and made sure to help us get to where we wanted to be. He even went about and beyond and sent our child a book about moving so she could understand the change. We will be using him every time we decide to purchase. Thank you so much Mark. Mark was awesome. He kept us in the loop the whole process and sent plenty of videos explaining the next step. Also, after being approved, it seemed he was able to lower our interest rate several times to a much better number. Any questions we had, he did not hesitate to answer or explain. I just recently closed a home with Mark and couldnt be happier with my experience! As a first-time homebuyer he made the process easier to comprehend and kept me in the loop with his weekly update video calls. Mark Hollinshead is amazing to work with. We used him for our first home in 2018, and then when it came time for a second go-round he was even more helpful! We got routine updates about our progress (video updates!), he is always positive, hes a great problem solver, hes honest, and he even sent our kiddos a kids moving book to get them excited about the process. I definitely recommend working with him!!
