Excellent company to manage your rental property. These are good folks! I never have to worry as I know RPM will always contact me about critical questions while regularly handling all the routine ins and outs of management. I stay informed with monthly statements and they always send timely 1099s annually. While many things in life are more difficult than you think, I told my husband the other day that having RPM manage the Murfreesboro condo rental has easily been one of the best decisions Ive ever made.
